FISHERS, IND.—May 14, 2021—Formstack, a workplace productivity platform that empowers anyone to digitize what matters, automate workflows, and fix processes—all without code—today announced the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) has named the Formstack Platform a finalist for the 2021 CODiE Awards. Formstack is a finalist in the Best Administrative Solution category, which recognizes the best non-instructional business management solutions that support education. 2021 CODiE Award winners will be announced virtually June 22 and June 23.
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry's only peer-recognized awards program. Educators and administrators serve as judges and conduct the first-round review of all education nominees. Their scores determine the SIIA CODiE Award finalists which accounts for 80% of the overall score. SIIA members then vote on the finalist products and the scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners.
CODiE Awards judges commented that, "Formstack is solid in terms of user experience and ease of use, and has done a great job in setting up the various workflows that the school or university can create. Formstack makes it very easy for a school or university to create paperless processes and [online] forms for the input of information needed by the various departments, and makes it easy for the forms to be housed in most repository systems that a school or university uses. Formstack has also made the process of gathering electronic signatures very easy.”
“We’re honored to be recognized for the efforts we’ve made to help educational institutions provide seamless digital experiences for their students, faculty, and staff,” said Chris Byers, CEO, Formstack. “First impressions matter, especially when it comes to a student choosing a college or university. “The CODiE Awards recognize the most exciting and transformative products in Ed Tech,” said Jeff Joseph, SIIA President. “This year, these leaders helped our nation respond to the historic pandemic, enabling learners, educators, administrators and parents to remain connected to each other and to critical educational resources via an array of innovative services and platforms. Congratulations to this year’s finalists for demonstrating the vitality, resilience, and importance of this important industry.”

Using Formstack for Salesforce, the Admissions Application Template reduces time and expense to go live with Admissions Connect and has several key features that level up an organization’s admissions workflows—including delivering pre-filled forms, enabling document upload, providing application progress in real time, and providing conditional logic and branching based on program, or residency. It supports graduate and undergraduate applications while ensuring security to keep sensitive information safe and secure.
Formstack was also recently named a finalist for the 2021 EdTech Awards in the Administrative Solution category. Celebrating its 11th year, the US-based program is the largest recognition program in all of education technology, recognizing the best tools, inspiring leaders and innovative trendsetters across the K-12, Higher Education, and Skills and Workforce sectors.
